Great list you have there! I am using the information for school-- do you think you can post also where these are specifically?

Here goes;
- Ambos Mundos (at Florentino Torres St. about a block away from the corner of Recto and Avenida)
- Panciteria San Jacinto (it is all over. one is at Quezon Avenue, near Delta
- Ma Mon Luk - most branches are closed but one is along Quezon Avenue near Banawe Avenue
- Ramon Lee - this is at downtown sta cruz near the casino filipino
- Aristocrat - it is all over but I understand that one of the originals is near the plaza of what used to be baywalk
- Ongpin Manosa is right at Ongpin, about a block from the original Maxim Tea House
- Rodics is at UP Shopping center. They used to have a branch at Citimall Philcoa. Its sister resto Lola Adang used to be located at the corner of Masaya and Maginhawa at Up Village. It is where the owners used to live.
- Little Quiapo used to be along Matalino accross Sulu Hotel. I think this is now McDonalds?
- Savory - lots of branches now. The original is near the Fil Chinese friendship bell at the end of Escolta
- Wah Sun, owned also by relatives of the Ambos owners is located just accross ambos mundos.

Wow, Ramon Lee, blast from the past! We used to have their fried chicken set meal when I was a kid. Is it still operating? It used to be walking distance from Sta Cruz church.
