PASTILLAS, BROOMS, AND GIANT SPOONS AND FORKS: ADVENTURES IN METRO MANILA AND THE PHILIPPINES
Here we will try our best to document snippets of this great city's every day life - its stories, its rumors, its unusual sights and sounds (and smell, if need be!) - things that can easily become tomorrow's urban legends though not necessarily the scary kind.
To a city that has a great past, a colorful present, and an - uhm - unforseeable future, we dedicate the things we have seen and heard in Manila. Once again, welcome and Mabuhay!
WE HEART MANILA. Manila is in the heart. Mabuhay ang Maynila!

wow, cheap nga. pero bakit hindi inviting? hehe. i like the idea of how some publisher is re-packaging Noli and El Fili (like presenting them into a comics form) just to invite more young viewers. hirap sa mga kabataan ngayon, tamad talaga silang magbasa lalo na pag walang pictures.
Ewan ko ba why many dont like reading these books. Baka na-trauma at the way they were taught in schools (i.e. stiff, boring, etc).
Tutubi - I got these from the Manila Int'l Book Sale (na dehins mo inabot, i bet) pero these can be bought from NBS, yes, pero baka dehins ganun ka-mura.
Hmmm...Let me check these books in Powerbooks
