A friend of mine says something about a little known hopia shop in Binondo, along what sounded like Kristo street or something. I will confirm. Really flaky daw ang crust.
now this is what i really miss!
Indeed the best hopia are to be found in Binondo. They also have (among others) the best "steamed chicken feet", "stuffed porc feet" and "Dim Sum".
Check with streetwalker Ivan Dy, he does the walks in Binondo. I like Holland, but sometimes they get too floury with thick crust.
